I don't know about our phone, but the internet is unlimited download and upload, at around 1.2 mb/sec.
Phone, internet and cable all together around 50$+tax. Per month.
NB: You have to argue a lot with them, or have to be a long time customer. Just threat them by saying that you are going to switch the provider (I hope you don't have a contract).
