不懂就问：如何选购外置CDRW Drive?

计划最近买一External cd-rw recorder, 求教求教。

内置的多好，外置的价格要DOUBLE了，而且最高速度只有4X，高速的要贵很多，而且要USB2支持

I just bought one from Staples. It is fine, but a little big. The external CD-RW is much bigger than the internal. Since my notebook is USB 1.1, the speed is only 4X. slow, even though the drive is suppose to be 40X with the support of USB2. Only the lastest notebook comes with USB2. My suggestion is to buy the cheapest one, the slowest one. How fast is meaningless if you only have USB1.1.

bought one from compgeeks from us. It is pretty good, and much cheaper than canada. Yes, you do need usb2.0 to enjoy the full speed

try the yamaha f1.
the speed is 16x for usb1, and much faster for usb2

买个1394接口的外置光驱盒子，爱用什么就用什么，就是重了点

建议配个SONY的DVD+ -RW，什么都能刻了。
