昨天PDI的时候发现地下室的水泥墙上有裂缝是严重的质量问题吗？

墙上发现一条不是很大的裂缝，因为是承重墙，所以我担心有什么问题，请各位有经验的大侠回答我的问题，非常感谢

No , most house in ottawa has some crack in the basement wall. It is almost can't be avoided by the way they pouring concrete here. It is not a problem. Keep a eye on it. If it become bigger over the years then new house insurance program would cover it.
