Canada's big banks are raising their long-term fixed rate mortgage rates.
CIBC, Scotiabank and TD Canada Trust have announced an increase in their rates of five years or longer.
It follows a move on Monday by Royal Bank and the Bank of Montreal.
The new 10-year closed rate ranges between 6.8 per cent and 6.95 per cent.
