听说希腊的比较松。我去过意大利的，觉得也挺松的。不过不是加拿大的永久居民的话，不知道可不可以。要准备好文件，祝你们好运

call those embassies directly and check with them. Some embassy will tell you directly that they don't accept such applications and you will have to apply at your home country. call before you apply, otherwise you waste your application fee ( no refund)
