--- normally, 免费学习法语的地方 supported by Government, they'll ask your 移民 paper at registration. If not, you need pay fees but not as much as in a school.

You have a work permit . If your job related with 法语, you may ask your boss to support your 法语 study.

好点的法语学校。。 You can ask any University, such as Ottawa University, CU or AC. They have good programs for it. But cost more.
