You could contact your local senator for the exact reason and possible way to prove it to the embassy. My mother in law was rejected at the first time. I check with Nepean west Senator Mr. Baird and got their feed back. It is helpful. I don't remember the link to search your local senator. However, it should be easy to find out from this site or chinasmile. Good luck!
