<HTML>I have a very important suggestion for you, that's don't say you are proficient with sth. and familiar with what what, just tell interviewer what projects you have done, what role you have played in those project, what skills and technologies were used, what position you want.

And your communicating skill.

So it is really not easy for the newcomers.
