请问phoenix homes的口碑如何？

请教：本人打算在FALLOWFIELD RD买phoenix 的房子，不知道它的口碑和房子质量如何？先谢谢！

Check its model house to see the quality. I saw their model house at Brokeside and found the quality is worst amoung all builders on that site. Also check BBB for their service to see if there is any complain against the builder.
