请教电脑高手 电脑蓝屏了

我的电脑是刚买没多久的，windows vista系统。
今天下午启动电脑的时候进入蓝屏状态，说原因是由于最近 hardware or software 的 installation did not install correctly, 错误名称是:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

我试了很多办法，restore 还有Startup Repair都不行。我到technical support网站去跟技术员online chat。我说清楚了情况，问他们要怎么办，他们先是一直说okay, okay.. 最后却很不负责任的告诉我说他们现在无法继续为我解决问题，让我以后再来。我去tnnd！


我对电脑又不懂，上网查了这个错误名称，可是没有找到fix solution。

我回想了一下我最近安装过什么东西。只有上个星期我下了一个photoshop cs。我现在是用的safe mode，刚才在重新启动的时候发现windows update在进行中，显示到3/3..55% completed的时候电脑shut down了。我下午出门之前用电脑还好好的，关电脑的时候我也没有注意有updates, 急急忙忙就走了。难道是因为update没有安装完所以导致电脑启动不了了吗？

刚买不久的，可以送去保修。

Vista 的话可以用system restore进行恢复，
到 Control Panel 里的　Backup and Restore Center，选择repair windows using system restore （左边）.然后选择恢复到你安装补丁前的系统。
