One of my relatives has a driver's license in China and need to get a driver's license in Ontario, but he does not speak English. Just wondering if there is anyway to find a Chinese speaking examiner in any closeby drive test centres? ( We live in Ottawa. ) I called the test centre in the Walkley location but the person on the phone said they don't have any. If you or anyone you know of had such experience, I would appreciate if you can let me know. If there is no such case the worst scenario will be let the person learn the basic English.
