Want good dentist for 3 years old kid

Worry about my kid's teeth.
Is there any good dentist for small kids ( 3 years old) in Ottawa? Please give some recommendation.

When should I bring my kid to Dentist for routin check and cleaning? Its very hard to bring kid to the dentist.
Is it necessary for kid go to teeth cleaning twice a year?

I lived in south of Ottawa, Barhaven area. Orlean seems too far away. Your suggestions are quite useful. I will try to tell my kid some stories about dentist first.

Actually there is no black spot show on her teeth, but there are white spots showing. But I brush her teeth every night before sleep since she was a baby. Maybe I should brush her teeth each time after meal.

May I ask should I let her use kids' toothpaste at age 3?

刷牙早晚２次就可以了，不过在每次ＭＥＡＬ，尤其是喝了果汁什么的以后，让孩子漱漱口，对孩子的牙齿非常有帮助，果汁什么的是非常伤牙的。

２岁以上开始就要教孩子用牙膏了（选择儿童的含氟的牙膏），要注意的是，一，每次用量不用太多（防止儿童吃太多了），二，尽早教会孩子不要吃牙膏，而是要吐出来，并水漱口
