I am going to switch from Bell to Koodo. According to Koodo, I can keep my Bell existing cell phone number. Since I have made a request to cancle my phone, now it is during the 30 days period to process cancellation and my cell phone number is inactive. Koodo asked me to contact Bell to re-activate number and do cancellation at same time. I contacted Bell, I was told if they re-activate the number, which means I have to continue with monthly pay without cancellation:Otherwise, keep the number inactive and keep cancellation processing on going.
Is it possible to do so?
Dose any body has experince keep existing cell number and switch conpany at same time?
