Help, 一抹黑

I notised clearly unusual noise from my engine yesterday right after I started the engine even not moved. The noise is getting better today but still can hear it.

1997 Nissan Altima, 68K, maintained as required. One scenario I can privide is I have been driving the car most of the time for a couple of weeks with low level gas (toward to empty) in my car's tank.

Something like belt overruning.
已经去什么地方修了吗?你如何知道是发动机不正常的声音呢?

I have it checked by a machenic who said it's ok, only noise is from the belf which charges battary, but I don't know why it came suddenly and so clear from front of the car.

如可以,请发动后,马上打开前盖,注意一下声音从什么部位出来,同时注意有无液体泄漏.

I opened, but can't figure out where it is from and no leaking.

Thank you, your answer is so professional that I don't understand, I have set an appointment with Nissan dealer to do a mainteinance, don't know if they can fix it.

Is it easy to fix, you know Nissan dealer charges more than others, is it necessary to pull my car there.

I think the sound come from:
1,power steering pump, because of the thick fluid(it's too cold)that cause the steering fluid(looks like wax)hard to be sucked by the pump.
2,drive belts loose.
