房屋(town house)出租的utilites 问题。

情况，一个投资town house所有utilites的用户名都是你的名字，
1如何让租客付实际的utilites费用？尤其最后一个月如何付？
2需要把投资房的utility提供商billing地址改到你现在住址吗？

The useful way is:

Use separate meters for each utility and each room(s) you want rent out. Then, ask them pay utility by themselves under their name(s).

You need pay and fix separate utility system first.

So, you don't need pay and fix separate utility system.

Just ask utility company change Billing name to your 租客名字，租客 will be responsibility for the bill. But, you need ask 租客 sign an agreement and ask him/her to contact utility company with you at first time, including change name, etc.

如果是condo的townhouse，那麽因为屋主付condo fees，一般水费就包了。而其他的如果是长约的话，就跟卖屋差不多，转到租客的名下，别忘记要拿回你开户时付的security deposit。
