Kids in the park event?

I drove around Kanata Lakes today and saw a sign, it says something like kids in the park, sat. 12-4pm at walter park (couldn't see the sign clear enough), does any one know about this?

Kids Day in the Park is being held Saturday June 27th in WhelanPark (beside All Saints High School) from 12 noon until 4 pm.
There are the usual events: clowns and balloons, face painting, carnival games, hot dogs and drinks, pony rides, petting zoo, fire trucks, police cars, air slide, bouncy castle and many other family picnic games.
Free for members of the Kanata Lakes Community Association for 2008/2009, or you can obtain your membership at the park for $10 per family.
Bring your children and grandchildren. Tell your neighbours (just in case they aren’t on our mailing list).
Brought to you by the Kanata Lakes Community Association and many generous members of the local business community sponsors.

刚刚发你YAHOO帐号里了。其实内容和我上面贴的是一样的，就是格式是PDF的。

我收到这个Email是因为我是这个Community Association的member。我是member是因为我一个邻居是个头头，积极推销会员卡。我从来不知道会员卡会有这个用途，早不知丢哪里去了。

那谁收的你钱呢？

所谓会员卡，就是一张名片那样的卡片，上面手写了点什么。我肯定随手扔了。

这是给我发Email的人关于我找不到会员卡的答复：
“We had a very limited membership drive in the fall. We have the list of the people who signed up then. You do not need your membership card.”
