Is balcony inclulded in the builder's SQ ft?

Should not. Otherwise they can give you a BIG balcony to increase the total SQ ft.

应该是包括Balcony的面积的，Garage也算。这是一般情况，如果你的BUILDER不算这些，那么单位价格就会高一些。
