住在101 Sacre-Coeur, Hull，刚满5岁小孩上学问题。

请问各位，如果住在101 Sacre-Coeur, Hull，只有Pierre Elliott Trudeau School （2 Millar Street, Gatineau, Quebec）这一所学校在hull 101 所在的学区吗？请问这个学校好不好？魁省的kindergarden 是全天吗？

刚看了它的网站（Pierre Elliott Trudeau School - Western Quebec School Board），它提供双语或英语教学。注册需提供的5项证明（Registration）中有一项是“Proof of parent, child or older sibling’s English Elementary Education in Canada”。 我们只有这一个孩子，所以我们（孩子父母）必须在加拿大接受英语的小学教育（大学教育不成吗？），小孩才能上在魁省受英语或双语教育吗？

The Kindergarden in QC is full time. Western Quebec School Board is an English school board in QC. If one of the parents has a minimum 3 year secondary education which classes is instructed in English in Canada, the child is eligible to be educated in English. If your kid is not qualified to be in English school, don't worry, you can let him/her stay in Full time French KG. If you like your kid to learn English later, you could move to Ottawa anytime. It is oppsite in Ottawa, if you want your kid to be in French school, one of the parents or sibling have to speak or be educated in French. When I was in QC, I let my son switch from English school to French school. Kids are capable to learn more. Now my son is in an English high school in Ottawa, and he is bilingual.
