买新房，是不是有Real Estate Agent好？

请问有经验的人士，如果要买新房的话，是不是有Real Estate Agent会好些？Agent一起去看MODEL屋会有否优惠？！。先谢过！

I can not input chinses in office!
you should avoid leave any information to the builder. even aviod they remeber you.
otherwise, when you go with your realtor, they will refuse accept your realtor as your represtive. because you have get information yourself.
(This is very important, we were refused by Minto for above reason)

We try to talk with almost every builder, they never give discount.
Some builder could give the realter commision, and then realtor can give part of their commision to you as rebate.

This is why need a realtor to buy a new home from builder.

Why you need Real Estate Agent if you know what you are buying? The agent will get commision and you may not be able to negotiate the price .... personal opinion ....

Thank for your replies, I understand with bigger builders, there's no discount, but does anyone happen to know if they will negotiate to throw in free upgrades or appliances?
