I remember how I bought my house. I knew I would see at least 50 houses before I buy one. It was not fair for a agent since I don't know how long it would take. So I didn't use a agent. There were enough open houses for me to see. So I went area to area, open house to open house. I talked to agent there if they had time. In the process I were also looking for a good agent. I did find someone was good but it was already too late. By then I already put my focus on two areas and knew there areas inside out. I did not need any more help. I made a offer in 10 minutes I saw my house and satisfied till this day.
For a agent I have to say. You passed test, got your license, only mean you know the law to be agent. You are not qualified in real world yet. I asked a agent, which school my kid should go to-----don't know. Are there any bus nearby ----don't know . Are there social houses or power liner nearby----don't know. I saw a crack on basement floor, how to deal with it---don't know. It is a old house, is it has alumina wiring--- don't know. How could I trust you when you tell me I should buy that house. Don't blame the customers, and Chinese, blame yourself. You did not do your homework.
