I have paid $100 to dealer for down payment for 1998 GMC SAFARI SLX, it is as is, $8300 is total,km is 15,0000. curise and any power..., I need to certif.. and e-tested, I do not how much for them, and I also do not know it is worth that money, would you like to give me a suggestion for it?
