需要去美国使馆申请美国签证.如持单次加拿大入境签证,从美国回来不需要重新办加拿大签证.

I don't know what is the situation now. Few years back it was impossible for a visitor to canada to get a US visitor visa. Us embassy would ask you to get a visa in China. If you are a resident then you could go through the US embassy here.

The same old story still applies, I believe. There is little chance for a visitor from China to get a visa to the US.
