哪位了解 Industial Alliance 的教育储蓄计划

今天一位代理给我介绍了这个保险公司的RESP，Industrielle Alliance, assurance et services financiers. Assurance vie, produits financiers, assurance auto, 包括

1. 政府的grant, 这个在哪买RESP都一样
2. 去年的投资回报为7%，以前更高、、、、、、
3 . 保险公司赠与的bonus，比如5岁时加入，为供款额的13.5%。
4 . 如果中途退出，处罚严厉，失去bonus和供款额的50%、、、、、、

感觉
回报很好，但不能辨出真假，是否稳定，不知这7%是不是净回报
第3点的bonus，好得不敢相信
基于第4点的退出处罚，加入更应谨慎。

I will think a lot and discuss with more other people before I go with them. Personally, I will not do it. If they tell you over 10% profit each year(averagely), you may not trust them.
