I guess you'd better not casually give your baby some Chinese herb since your kid is too young.
My daugther has a similar situation after her 2nd shot. She got a fever under 38 and even did not drink milk. My PD told me that "You can give her a little tyleon, if you like. If she has a fever over 38, you should send her to CHEO immediately".
My daugter's fever lasts only 1 day and she started drink formula in the 2nd day. So in her 1st day, I gave her some baby cereal and formula with spoon. It took longer time than usual, but I feel a little comfortable on myself. You know, you have to make sure she has enough water taken-in.
Carefully observe your kid and don't be over-worried.
