这里的噪音快让我发狂了，有举报噪音的地方么

本来公寓就住在高速公路的边上，平常公交车，及各种其他的噪音就让人难以忍让，可是现在学校的那个体育馆不晓得在搞什么，机器声音响个没完，夜里也不停，真是快抓狂了，昨天夜里被吵得睡不着，真想打911，但是害怕会招来麻烦，忍了，我该怎么办，这里是45Mann,就在ou体育馆后面，住在东边的房间还好，没什么噪音，我们在西边，真是快疯了，有举报噪音的地方么

The City of Ottawa regulates noise through Noise By-law No. 2004-253. It is in the public interest to reduce the noise level in the City of Ottawa, so as to preserve, protect and promote public health, safety, welfare and peace and quiet of inhabitants of the City.
What does the by-law say?

The following would be considered violations under the by-law:

• <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Ringing a bell, blowing a horn or shouting in a manner that disturbs others. (with some exemptions such as for places of worship) <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Running equipment such as air conditioners, heat pumps, compressors, exhaust systems, and similar devices with noise exceeding 50 decibels when measured at the point of reception. <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Operating construction vehicles or equipment between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (9 a.m. on Sunday and statutory holidays). <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Deliveries from a motor vehicle between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. causing disruptive noise. <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Vehicle noise including idling in excess of five minutes (with some exemptions), revving engines, squealing tires or lack of mufflers. <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Power equipment such as chainsaws, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, tools and similar devices between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. (9 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays). <LI style="MARGIN-LEFT: -20px">Operating refuse compacting equipment or solid waste bulk lift equipment between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. (9 a.m. on a Sundays or statutory holidays) that disturbs others.
