想在VAN的屁股后安一个摄像头，不知怎么连刹车线和把线穿过车后门

Why do you want to connect wrong?

The manual explains where the red and blue wires connect to, +V or ground respectively. Use a multimeter to measure the voltages on the wires to the brake lamps. So connect your cam to right wires.
