能介绍一下kanata吗

准备在kanata买房子，但是不了解那个区。有朋友能介绍一下子吗？
还有bridlewood 那边有好多房子在卖，那里怎么样？ 先谢谢了

看来住Kanata的人上CFC的不多。
我对那的了解就是中，小学校都比较好， 高科技公司比较集中，购物还算方便， 娱乐也还可以。 不知为什么你还不了解那个区就决定在那买房子?

Bridlewood有新旧两边，旧的那边房子看起来都颇失修，也很小。新的那边应该是你说很多房子卖的那里吧。那边Urbandale有一堆townhouse是放租的 （Urbandale Corporation, Ottawa, Canada）。一般来说，如果租屋townhouse的价格是＄1400/月，但租的话不用付地税（若省＄250/月），所以买屋的话就要跟租屋的价格比一比了，也要看该区的供求看看日後的价格。

Depends on 你在哪儿上班了。。。 如果要在417往downtown开 看你几点离开家了 几乎每天417都是堵着的（双向） 一旦有sens games或者下雪 或者两者皆备 那就准备在417上面parking吧

不是rush hour的话 417还是不错的 kanata的环境也是不错的

417 Kanata 新线快通车了，比市中心还多行车线，应会大大改善的。难得政府花费那麽多钱在这改善Kanata的交通上，可能都是Sens games和high tech公司的功劳。

I lived in the Lakes and Still in the lakes ... I think lakes is pretty good, and there are still new development

beaverbrooks is another zone I like, but it is fully developed ...

ketimivic is good too, again, fully developed

don't like kanata north

I haven't been to sounds of Hazeldean yet, so I don't know about that part ...
