Dear Alumni Members,
Summer is here again and it is time for our alumni annual summer picnic!
The picnic will be held on Saturday July 25th, 11am - 3pm at Britannia Parks (http://en.wikipedi a.org/wiki/ Britannia_ (Ottawa)).
This year, we are planning to have a regular picnic, along with a BBQ corner just for kids. We will prepare some basic drinks, but please don't forget to bring with you your delicious dishes.
Also, please reply to this email to register you (and your family members) for this event. In particular, we really want to know how many kids will come with you, so that we can better prepare for the BBQ.
At this point, we plan to collect $5 for each alumni family in order to cover the expense of the activity. Please feel free to contact us for any questions and/or suggestions.
Mark your calendar and come along with your Beach Volleyballs and Flyer Disks!
