20周 B超 宝宝心脏上有个回声点

妈妈们，我有一个问题。

我20周做B超，当时做b超的大夫说都正常。可是等我之后见家庭医生时，家庭医生说b超结果上注有宝宝心脏上有一个回声点。我当时吓了一跳，但家庭医生说由于在头，腹等处没有回声点，所以仅仅这个心脏上的点不能说明什莫，正常的。可是，她又说，她会把这个问题报告给IPS中心，可能会稍微改变一点IPS的患病几率，但不会有大的影响（我的IPS结果很好，宝宝患病机率很低）。

到底要不要紧，家庭医生也没要我复查，有没有妈妈懂这方面的？
有相似经验的吗？

前年，朋友怀孕的时候，也是发现宝宝心脏上有个黑点， 好像也是18周左右照的， 后来也没有事。具体也没有问。估计应该会让你再照一回b超。 祝福你的宝宝

I had the same experience. At 20 week ultrasound, my baby's heart had high density echo spots as well. My IPS results was very good. Still I was very nervous because I was over 40 years old. However, it turned out to be fine. My baby is 8 months old now. He is very healthy and energetic.

My doctor told me that was one of the 10 soft markers they use for checking abnormality. But itself, it should not be a big concern. The Ultrasound lady told me that the machine is much more sensitive now. They are picking up more.

是这样。因为年纪大，有回声点，IPS 结果一调整，就邻近高危值。我的医生说， 可以作羊水检查，但因年纪大有流产的风险，而且已经怀孕20周，有问题也只能是确认，因此建议不作。我犹豫是否作，医生推荐我去见genetic consultant。谈了以后觉得风险不太大，就没作。没作其它检查，除了例行产检。Genetic consultant 说，正常baby很多有回声点，亚洲baby有回声点的比例要更高。如果年青，IPS 调整后仍是低危，多数不会让作羊水检查。这项检查是否可靠一直有争议。
