请人来安装木地板，还要给小费么？

请了一个比较正规的local公司来给安装木地板。想问一下安过的诸位，是不是还要给工人小费？

接这种活的一般就是他们自己的 business,所以不用。

提供些饮料啥的，干活的人心情好，大家都乐呵。

不管他们自己是老板还是伙计, 都没有必要. 他们不像餐厅的服务员是靠小费过日子的. 他们的salary/wage应该不会低. 你给了他们说不定还会吃惊呢. 弄点咖啡, 饮料就足够了.

备了啤酒，原来以为这样简单，工人阶级么。但是真有不喝的，看样子是天主教？只好将就一些软饮料。装的还行，至少目前看还行。

This price includes wood (which was above $6.00-SQFT if not on sale), all accessories, and installation. I bet that's a fair price (if not cheap) considering the quality of wood and installation.

Any thoughts/comments?

I think this price is not cheap which means the labour is about $3 per sqft. The good price for labour should be about $1.7/sqft. I even can offer lower price if I do it.
