Thanks for everyone's call. I would like to answer all the Questions Here:
1. The piano in this deal is "Made in Japan".
2. Brandnew in the box. Dealer will call you to go to store and open the box in front of you. Dealer will check and tune the piano in the store for you for free. In six weeks after delivery, Tech will go to your house, to do second tuning. It is also included into our deal.
3. The delievery is flexiable. The 10 piano can be arranged to be delievery at your convienent time. It doesn't have to sent in one Truck.

I spoke with Yamaha dealer again, they can't give you the same deal if you live outside of Ottawa.
The 11 confirmed family are all from Ottawa loca!
