买二手车碰到的问题

我在渥太华，在看二手车，有两个车是魁省的，要了 VIN 去 CARFAX 查，发现这两个车只在车主购买车的头1-2年有记录，之后到现在的几年，都没有记录，请问这正常吗？因为我查安省的车似乎每一或两年都有记录。还是魁省不一样？有人知道吗？谢谢。

I live in Ottawa too. I just bought A PQ plate car for two weeks ago. Go to this website:

I did same with carfax report, there is no record at all. so the best way, is to find 1800 phone number and give a call. When you have the Vin# of the car, they will answer your question. But, you have to remeber it, when people had accident, they might not to go insurance, so even the car have accident you cannot find the info from the gov. so you need to take the car to go to garage to have the inspection done, all my friend said don't go to Canadian tire because they are expensive. I would like to suggest you, go to canadian tire, they are good, you pay for what you want to know the car is clean or not.
