Does anyone here know what is the cost to do the survey of the property?

The cost depends on your survey. There are Valuation Survey, Home Buyer Survey and Valuation, Building Survey, etc..

The lowest cost is the cost of Valuation Survey. The cost of Home Buyer Survey and Valuation is around $500 and up, it depends on the condition and type of property.

May I ask what is the purpose of this survey? Is it for a new plot of proposed development or for your existing home?

Do you just need a plan for your own record or for sales purposes?
If it is an existing home you can probably request a copy from the Land Registrtion at:

Which area is it? I'm in urban planning and I might be able to help.
