9月要上SK的女儿排到了一个daycare, 不是subsidy的位子，可以申请subsidy吗？

我们符合Child Care Subsidy网站上的资格要求。（City of Ottawa - Financial Help Subsidy）
但不知道，我们排到的是全费的day care space, 可以申请subsidy吗？ 如果可以申请的话，一般多久可以拿到？在BC省, 假如在小孩开始上daycare两个月后subsidy申请下来了，前两个月多交的托儿费还可以返还，不知在ON省可不可以？

Most daycares have two categories, subsidy space and non-subsidy space. If they told you it's no-subsidy, you cannot transfer to the subsidy space. Did you request a subsidy space at first place when you contact the daycare?

I requested subsidy space when I placed my daughter's name in the centralized waiting list this March, but several months passed, not daycare centers contacted us. Then I transfered her into non-subsidy space in the earlier July and this daycare called me this Monday. The daycare center told me it is a full-fee space. According to what you guys said, she can't be transfered to a subsidy space (in other words, we can't apply for daycare subsidy), right?
