Many City of Ottawa Recreation Centres offer a variety of activities which include badminton playing. The cost is around $20 for about 4 months, once or twice per week. Every registered person can play it, usually in evening time. You should bring your own badminton racquets, some Centres provide shuttlecocks.

You could call a Recreation Centres which is close to you City of Ottawa - Recreation Centres, and get more information for the badminton activity.
