最后选择了Two Brothers Construction, 主要原因是说三个星期完成.

结果陆陆续续用了六个月才完成. 质量还好.

As I know, the market price for a standard washroom in basement is about $5K-$6K. Watching the process of my renovation, the washroom took longest time.

I got someone who gave the estimates for about 3500sq house's basement labor (only labor cost) around $6000 to $7000 which includes finishing everything for the following items: one bed, one bath and the rest of space will be a big play room...i think the price is really good, but a little worry it's too good to be true.
