HELP! want to get out of OFFER

买二手房，下OFFER草率，用验房来退掉OFFER容易吗？着急，OFFER上倒是写着 Inspection of the ohome by qualified home ispector at the Buyer's own expense and the obtaining of a Inspection report satisfactory to the Buyer in the Buyer's sole and absolute discretion.
有人有经验吗？谢谢指点

1）本坛以前有人设法让金融机构拒绝mortgage，从而间接毁了买房的约；

2）单从satisfactory to the Buyer in the Buyer's sole and absolute discretion这句文字看，似乎你完全有权借口不满意Inspection Report上的任何毛病（毛病肯定会有）而单方面毁约的。。。当然你最好去问问律师。

退出来当然没有问题。这一条实际是给了你重新议价的权利：你只要随便找个理由说不要了，或大减价到对方不接受的地步即可。
