2。The picnic area is located to the west of the main beach area. It contains a number of mature trees that provide welcome shade. There is also a beach suitable for small children.
3。gas barbeque allowed
4. 有水，有沙滩，有野生动/植物，可以玩水，可以hiking, 我觉得不比playground差吧。而且可以吸引没有孩子和孩子比较大的家庭参加。
唯一问题是The area operates on a first-come first-served basis. Two picnic areas can be reserved by calling the City of Ottawa at 613-580-2595; fire permits can also be obtained at this number for use of the fire pit. The picnic area cannot handle groups larger than 100.
