used car pre-purchase check-up question

if the used car is certified from a dealer, do people still better to take it to Canadian tire/Walmart to do a check up before buying? thanks

not necessary, the dealer will make safety check on the used car, and would give you 1~3 months warranty.

Plus, many garages do this safety check including CT. But War-Mart cannot do it.
