Urbandale 的redrawing fee 能免吗

Urbandale has already add 15K premium on a walking out basement lot. However, it's not at all, it wants to charge an extra 3K of redrawing fee just for the walkout basement door. Has anyone got the redrawing fee waived?

请问签下Walkout lot 或知道细节的朋友，大家都有这个redrawing fee吗？我感觉这个fee 是sales person 临时加给到合同里的。

sales person 说加这个redrawing fee is a mistake. 3K 不要了;-)
不明白，为什么会发生这样的事。
请问， 在melopark 选择 bathroom floor option （ 在2nd floor 加 3rd bathroom）要价多少？sales person 说要9K。 这个数对吗？都不敢相信她了。

我的房子Palermo（44feet)和menlo park 差不多的房型，就是小点。二楼选3.5 baths的也是加9000块。我想这个价钱应该是对的。
