Tamarack的房子

最近在看Tamarack Orleans的房子
请问一下，这个公司怎么样
听说Orlean有些地方以前是沼泽，好像很多地方地下室有问题
房子在Tenth line 和 Inners附近 （叫做Chaperal)

还有一个地方在bank（过了hunt club往南）叫Findlay creek

不知道哪个地方比较好一些，房子的价钱都是一样的

请问一下，大家有没有什么建议。谢谢

Findley creek is worth of considering because it will open two schools and several shops, including Canadian tire, next year. also, it is only 5k away from Hunt Club. I know Tartan's same semi-detached model in Findley Creek is about $10,000 than that of Orleans. I am not sure about the Tamarack.

Generally, Tartan and Tamarack built many houses in the same community, but avoid competing by developing different models.

Both have general good reputation than others in Ottawa.

I may move in Findlay Creek next year.

my house was built by Tamarack. It's in stittsville. In general, it's a good builder.

Findlay Creek is a superb green area and the builder there (Tartan) is also good. It's much closer to "main Ottawa" than Barrhaven/Kanata/Orleans and traffic is not a problem. The only concern is lack of quality schools.

Comparing Findlay Creek (FC) and Chaperal (CH), I prefer Findlay Creek slightly because of closeness to downtown. I like the community feel of FC and the wide spacing between neighboring houses. I visited the sales center once before, and I can tell you that the FC and CH have better choices of standard hardwood color than Half Moon Bay purchasers. Hope this cheers you up a bit .

But you should also beware that FC is close to 1) a crematorium (up north), and 2) a landfill site (south), and 3) a large swamp area (immediately south of Findlay Creek Drive). I know that people have bought in that area despite those problems, so if you are fine, by all means go ahead.

学校的问题倒是还好，因为现在连孩子还没有呢，等到孩子上学。。。那估计要等一阵子

主要担心swamp的问题，因为房子离Findlay Creek挺近的
不会地下室以后也出问题吧

还有就是，请问一下，地下室值不值得加高
