No, unless you buy the vanity plate, or depending on your luck, if there is the number you want.

At one time, I was asked if I had problem with the number, and they might give you a few choices of the numbers (random) to choose.

后面的数字是可以自己选的，免费，我和车行讲了他们就帮我拿到了。前面的字母车行说大概一个字母50块，我也就没自己选。

如果不是花$200左右做个“个性车牌”，在注册车辆挂车牌的时候，只能在当时开箱的车牌中选一个。
