The Creative Labs EP-610 and EP-630 are held by many as very good for the money. The 610s, to our knowledge, are just made-for-Dell "rebrands" of the 630s, and don't differ besides colour. We're also pretty intrigued by the Targus headphones. While Targus isn't exactly known for earphones, we've also never seen active noise reducing headphones at such a low price ($14.99 down from $40). They are definitely worth considering at that price point.
