求助高人：地下室漏水

亲戚刚来OTTAWA，在中介的鼓惑在稀里糊涂的就买了５０年的老房子还没有做HOME INSPECTION，搬进去才发现地下室的一面墙有水迹，以前肯定漏过水。房子不在河边，地大，１００米外有树林，房子四周种了花草。请问高人指点治理地下室漏水问题， OTTAWA有没有好的治理地下室漏水的公司推荐?

请建筑公司,在地下室内墙做一层防水层,应该说,一般这些建筑公司都会做的,如果漏水严重,则要内外墙都做防水层.

Do not worry. Almost all old houses(some new houses too) have leak in the basement. It is nothing new. Most people simply ignore it. Old houses do not have 防水层. 防水层 can be expensive(over $10,000). Making a slope around your house to have better drainage may help a bit. It is better to always have HOME INSPECTION in order to avoid surprise and help make a better deal. No inspection for an old house is not right.

我去年做的，35尺一面墙，$4500。so far 还行，这一年阴雨多，经受住了考验。

没错，很多住家不理会地下室漏水，只要不发大水就行，可是如果想把地下室利用起来，还是做做好。

非常感谢各位的建议。亲戚最近才搬进去那老房子，我看到了地下室墙上的水迹，但分不清是不是今年的新迹，怎样区分？还有前房主没有留下地下外墙是否修理过的收据，怎么才能知道是否已经修理过的。请高人指点。

Don't worry about

Since you did not see water in your basement this year. This is the best prove that your basement does not have water leak problem. This is the worst year in Ottawa, many people have basement flood and leaks.
