[问题] Is it possible to set up SMTP in IIS under Windows 2000 Professional?

So that I may use smtpMail.Send(FromAddress, ToAddress, Subject, MessageText) method to send IT/IS support e-mails to get their attention whenever there are any problems in the web applications?

It not possible under Windows 2000 Pro, how about Windows 2000 Server?
Mind sharing the key procedures to set it up?

I believe SMTP is a part of the IIS, but never set it up myself.
