Just give them a call to find out the exact twilight time on Saturday.

Normally twilight rate starts at 3:00pm for most courses with some starts from 2:00pm. This being said, Meadows currently has a special twilight on Sunday which starts at 1:00pm.

There is still a spot left for this Sunday (Sept. 13) if interested (see the other thread). I will cancel it if no response by tonight so that other golfers can book.

Since I have Ottawa Golf membership, the green fee makes no difference to me. But for public players, it's too much just less than 1 hour before the twilight starts...

Would like to play on Sunday, but cannot make it before 3:30pm. Perhaps will just drop in later. How busy is Meadows usually? Do you think a last minute drop in is possible this weekend?

Usually they are pretty busy on weekend particularly on Sunday due to the special twilight. But you never know. Do give them a call before you go often for a single player they may easily accomodate.

Robin, yes, called Reservation Masters. For the rest of the season, $125. Regularly $199, I bought this as an early bird at $165. If you play a lot, you may save a lot. But if you play around 10 games a year, there's no point to buy the membership.

BTW, Executive Golf includes many good courses such as stonebridge, the marshes, le sorcier etc. I wonder if I'll switch to Executive Golf next year.

The proshop put an old couple, a marshal and myself in a group - no wonder why we cannot see a marshal to facilitate the pace...

South +12 and East +18 made my score over 100 Other than hole 4(south 152 Y par 3) and hole 5(south 476 par 5) back to back pars, nothing was really exciting. Simply too many tripples.

The more I play Meadows, the more difficult I feel. Chateau Cartier has more water, I'll lower my expectation today
