MATTAMY的用户刚搬进去的时候有先交几个月的租金吗？

听说有些是买了房，到了CLOSING DAYS 搬进去的时候不是马上就交MORTGAGE， 而是先交几个月的租金，

有的BUILDER说要等几个月才能正式交接，正式交接前想搬进去还要交租金，而且是不算在MORTGAGE内的。 MATTAMY的用户， 大家有遇到这种问题吗？

mortgage的interest rate adjustment fee?

I guess it should be called as occupancy fee, the reason for that is because the registration not ready yet from the city when you move in on the closing date, the occupancy fee is actually a rental fee, they will not go into the mortgage since the land of transfer,title licence etc. not been done yet.

我就说得这个，自己的房子还要先交几个月的租金。所有人都这样吗？还是有些LUCKY点就不用这样？

I think this only applies for condo type home.
