North of Scotia place is the carp dump site. Are you sure about the location? Dump hill can be easily spotted.

买房，地点是第一位的。如果是我买房的话，我会考虑其他的区。

如果买离市内那么远的房子，索性再往西点，房子又好又便宜。

The development of Kanata West had already been delayed by the city for more than a year due to the Carp river issue...

I don't know the feedback of Peggy Felmate motion in city hall (supposed to be out on Sept 8, no time to chase the result ).

All in all, I don't believe Minto can release this site early next year...

太远了点吧，楼主不如抓紧点儿考虑目前的三个地点（所剩 lot 不多了）。房价是钱，交通费用和时间也是钱呀。不过楼主的地点有利于五月钓鱼。。。
