The other day, I was reading a movie review called "The Inversion Of Lying". Its first paragraph caught my eyes:
"Without lying where would we be? No politics. No advertising. No Wall Street."
Hmm, I said to myself then, would there be any religion?
And if religion was started with a lie, what would the first lie be? "I saw god last night"?, or "I've spoken to god yesterday"?
If it was not a lie, would it be something as simple as "Hmm, what is the best way to make more money", or "How could I gain more power" from the masses out there?
P.S. I used the lower case god above to mean it generically, not as in 基督教's God.
