因为某原因, 需要今晚签协议, 但是来不及请律师, 又发现协议条文中有一些疑点(对买方很不利).

协议: Agreement of Purchase and Sales (the first offer made by purchaser - us).

Not yet. We need to make the offer by tomorrow noon time before the price goes up. Did your lawyer make any changes in your purchase agreement? By the way the builder is Richcraft.
